C-Wall Solutions, LLC is a small business that specializes in developing solutions for use in the Maritime Domain, including Vessel Traffic Services, Command Centers, shore-side remote sites, ships, boats, and aircraft and Emergency Communications Systems everywhere. We provide services in a broad spectrum of activities required to successfully and efficiently achieve Maritime Domain Awareness. These activities include program management, strategic planning, operations, organizational improvement, training, technology application, and logistics. We have extensive experience in developing policy and plans, establishing and operating Vessel Traffic Services and Command Centers in the U.S. and overseas. We also provide services in nearly all areas of consulting related to the Maritime Domain including: requirements analysis, proposal development, system installation and integration, project management, system life-cycle support, management, technical writing, and government contracting.
In addition to program management expertise, our personnel have a broad range of experience in Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) and power systems. C-Wall Solutions’ technical expertise spans vessel traffic control systems, surface and airborne radar, Automatic Identification Systems, closed-circuit camera systems, Ultra High Frequency (UHF) radio, Very High Frequency (VHF) radio, High Frequency (HF) radio, microwave communications systems, land-based telecommunications and networking, photovoltaic power systems, wind generators, and large battery backup systems. We have extensive experience planning, acquiring, integrating, installing, testing and training others to use systems, including overseas customers. C-Wall also provides services in the areas of project management, acquisition management, system life cycle support, enterprise call center management (help desk), C4I system installation, technical writing, and government contracting. Our personnel also have significant military experience and have all held security clearances. We have deployed and operated systems in some of the most challenging places on the globe including remote areas of Alaska, the Caribbean Islands, Central America and Southeast Asia.
